I International project meeting in Poland

On 24-26.10.2016 the first project meeting took place, where 5 people from each partner country met in order to get to know each other, determine the principles of project management and discuss details about the results being developed. During the meeting, a schedule of activities between successive project meetings was also developed.

Training for employees in Germany

On November 14-20, 2016, training for employees for youth workers took place. Five people from each partner country took part in the training. The purpose of the training was to exchange experiences, broaden knowledge, and study solutions used in partner countries in the field of vocational education. Training topics:

  1. Presentation of the German vocational training system, Institutions involved, dual education system, training programs.
  2. Developing key competences among vocational school students, key competences and the labor market.
  3. Vocational schools in partner cooperation networks - German example. Impact of institutions included in the partnership cooperation network on the development of vocational training.
  4. How to effectively motivate young people to learn a profession? Internal and external motivation. A sense of professional identity. A sense of professional effectiveness.
  5. Entrepreneurship - is it possible to learn? Defining and approach to entrepreneurship in Germany. Entrepreneurship as a key competence. Factors influencing the building of entrepreneurial attitude (personal and spiritual aspects). Vocational schools and entrepreneurship.
  6. Processes of transition from vocational school to the labor market. Management of transition processes - German example.
  7. Visit to the school cooperating with IFN - Berufschule 1 - presentation of the school and the education system. Cooperation with employers in the field of vocational training on the example of the Audi AG Works.

II International project meeting in Germany

On April 3-5, 2017, a second project meeting was held, at which 5 people from each partner country met to summarize and discuss a training meeting for employees in Germany, discuss the progress of work on the project results on the structure of reports and methodology research, training program and competency profile of a coach.

Training for employees in Italy

On June 12-18, 2017, training for employees for youth workers took place. Five people from each partner country took part in the training. The purpose of the training was to exchange experiences, broaden knowledge, and study solutions used in partner countries in the field of vocational education. Training topics:

  1. Presentation of the Associazone Silenziosi Operaidella Croce organization - history, goals, main activities, achievements to date.
  2. History, basic objectives of the vocational education system in Italy. Weaknesses and strengths of the vocational education system in Italy 3. Apprenticeships and internships as a supporting tool in the transition process.
  3. Visit to a vocational school cooperating with ASO, meeting with students and teachers working at the school, presentation on the functioning of the school.
  4. Career counseling - what is it about? Main assumptions, methods and techniques, effectiveness.
  5. Practical workshop - Techniques and methods of effective and effective career counseling for vocational school students.
  6. Coaching and mentoring as a support tool for vocational school students - theoretical classes - presentation of Italian and international examples and experiences.
  7. Practical workshop: effective coaching methods supporting students of vocational schools - simulation of coaching meetings with students, improving skills in recognizing students' problems and constructing feedback.
  8. Visit to a youth support center run by an ASO - practical application of vocational activation support tools in practice (career counseling, coaching, mentoring). Personal development and professional development.
  9. Decision-making processes as an important element of vocational education - determinants of decision-making processes in the professional field, the impact of decision-making processes on professional success, hope and spirituality in professional decision-making processes

III International project meeting in Italy

On 21-23.07.2017, the third project meeting took place, at which 5 people from each partner country met to discuss the results of the project, in particular the innovative entrepreneurship program for vocational school students. During the discussions, there were substantive and organizational discussions on the presented program.

IV International Project Meeting in Poland

On 7-9.12.2017 the fourth project meeting took place, where 5 people from each partner country met to discuss project management issues and work on results and project sharing between the last project meetings.

V International project meeting in Germany

On February 23-25, 2018, the fifth project meeting took place, at which 5 people from each partner country met to discuss the issue of completing work on the results of intellectual work and their translation into national languages ​​and English, organizational aspects of training from the substantive side , next training programs and forms of their verification.

Training for employees in Poland

On 1-7.03.2018 a training for employees took place, for people working with youth. Five people from each partner country took part in the training. The purpose of the training was to exchange experiences, broaden knowledge, and study solutions used in partner countries in the field of vocational education. Training topics:

  1. Presentation of the vocational education system in Poland against the background of the education system. Education reform in Poland - introduction of sectoral schools.
  2. Transnational cooperation for the development of vocational education and training. The role of mobility programs in shaping an entrepreneurial attitude. Foreign educational and professional mobility.
  3. Methods of vocational activation of young people. Foreign professional internships as an effective form of activation - analysis of internship programs. Professional internships from the perspective of trainees and employers.
  4. Meeting with employers involved in supporting vocational education in Poland - Corporate Social Responsibility and the development of vocational schools. Employers' involvement in vocational training as a manifestation of corporate social responsibility.
  5. Meeting with employers involved in supporting vocational education in Poland - Prospects for the development of vocational education through participation in international programs in the opinion of employers.
  6. Relations between vocational schools and employers - a comparison of Polish, German and Italian perspectives
Training for teachers / coaches / trainers on the implementation of an innovative entrepreneurship program and a coaching model.

On 2-6.05.2018 in Poland, trainings for teachers / coaches / trainers took place. 10 people from all partner countries took part in the training, including 5 people from Italy, 3 people from Germany and 2 people from Poland. The purpose of the training was to train specialists in the field of programs (entrepreneurship and coaching program) developed under the project.

Entrepreneurship training program for vocational school students entering the labor market - introduction, program assumptions, form and scope of education, educational goals, framework training program, description of the trainer's competence profile.

  1. Detailed discussion of the training modules and an example scenario of classes, taking into account the learning objectives, acquired competences, applied methods and forms of education, materials for classes.
  2. The terms and conditions for implementing the entrepreneurship training program for vocational school students entering the labor market.
  3. Model of coaching support for vocational school students - introduction, framework conditions for coaching support, competency profile of a coach, guidelines for coaching work with students
  4. Discussion of the main assumptions of the coaching program and an example scenario of individual and group sessions.
  5. Discussion of the main coaching methods and tools used in supporting vocational school students as well as methods and techniques of supervision of the coaching process.
  6. The terms and conditions for implementing the coaching support model for vocational school students, including coach education / training.
  7. The first training was conducted in a test form. Based on the conclusions drawn from it, further training will be carried out under the project.

VI International Project Meeting in Italy

On August 25-27, 2018, the sixth project meeting took place, at which 5 people from each partner country met to discuss the effects of training for teachers / coaches / trainers and planned dissemination activities, including International Days of Entrepreneurship and Vocational Training.

On 14-18.09.2018 in Germany, training for teachers / coaches / trainers took place. 10 people from all partner countries took part in the training, including 5 people from Italy, 2 people from Germany and 3 people from Poland. The purpose of the training was to train specialists in the field of programs (entrepreneurship and coaching program) developed under the project.

VII International Project Meeting in Germany

The seventh project meeting took place on 5-7.12.2018, where 5 people from each partner country met to discuss the effects of the next training for teachers / coaches / trainers.

VIII International project meeting in Italy

On 5-7.04.2019, the eighth project meeting took place, where 5 people from each partner country met to discuss the effects of training for teachers / coaches / trainers and discuss planned international workshops for vocational school students.

International workshops for young people in Poland and Italy

On 29.07-9.08.2019 international workshops for youth from partner countries took place. Two groups took part in workshops in Italy and Poland. During the trip, young people had the opportunity to participate in workshops focused on shaping and developing key entrepreneurial skills, deepening economic knowledge and market rules and connecting them with everyday activities and decisions of students. During the workshops, coahcing sessions were conducted on the basis of the developed model, where the focus was on discovering life passions and interests, formulating goals and pursuing them, discovering individual development paths. An additional advantage of international workshops was the exchange of experiences between students from different countries and the opportunity to learn about their culture.

IX International Project Meeting in Italy

On 28-30.08.2019, the ninth project meeting took place, where 5 people from each partner country met to summarize the activities carried out in the project and draw conclusions from the implemented project.
